About The Chef
Michele Knecht started her Personal Chef Service serving San Luis Obispo County in 2002.
Ernesto Farias joined SLO Personal Chef in 2016, coming from a diverse fine dining background. He prepares a variety of cuisines, including regional Mexican Cuisine. Michele is happy to pass on her clients to this talented, enthusiatic, attententive chef with a fun personality in 2018, as she retires and devotes her energy to other activities.

We emphasize lots of fresh vegetables, fruit, fish, poultry, limited lean red meat, low fat dairy, whole grains, and healthy omega-3 rich fats.
